Melody Jue is completing her PhD in the Program in Literature at Duke University. She was a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant from 2008-2009 at the Open University of Hong Kong. She is currently writing a dissertation entitled, "Wild Blue Media: Thinking Through Seawater." Her work has appeared in the journals Grey Room and Animations: An Interdisciplinary Journal, and the book Green Planets: Ecology and Science Fiction.
