Dr Jonathan Wroot is Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader for Film Studies at the University of Greenwich. He has previously published research on home media formats and Asian cinema distribution, and co-edited New Blood: Framing 21st Century Horror, for UWP. He is currently writing a history of the Zatoichi franchise for Lexington Books (as of 2020).
