Hannah Soebbing is a media researcher living in Los Angeles. She holds an M.A. in Cinema and Media Studies from USC's School of Cinematic Arts. Her academic work broadly focuses on questions of mediatic worlding, via such lenses as documentary studies, affect theory, critical pedagogy, and the politics of space and place. Hannah currently works in entertainment. She is interested in pursuing theory-practice and activist projects beyond the academy.
