David O'Grady is a researcher in the UCLA Game Lab and an instructor in the Film and Electronic Arts Department at California State University, Long Beach. He writes about the moving image and interactive media for a variety of publications--most recently for the anthology How to Play Video Games (NYU Press, 2019).
